At Staffing By Starboard, our mission extends beyond just placement—we’re dedicated to empowering individuals from all walks of life, including underserved communities. Instead of sending “warm bodies” out to positions, we work with clients to understand exactly what they are looking for in their staff so we can provide them with a perfect staffing experience, every time.

How We Started

We understand how frustrating it can be to find reliable workers–we’ve been there. Before creating Staffing by Starboard, our founders staffed a 3PL Warehouse using a hodge-podge of 11 different staffing agencies. After two years of struggles due to poor communication and constant personnel issues, they decided to look for a better approach.

Because of our experiences on the client side of staffing, Staffing by Starboard was designed to be a more ideal solution for everyone. We prioritize gaining a deep understanding of the needs of both employees and employers, ensuring the employee is the right fit for the position and that the position is the right fit for the employee.
